Booking Terms and Conditions.

By making a booking at ‘Woof’ you confirm that you have read and agree to the below terms and conditions.  Failure to conform with any of these terms and conditions may result in the withdrawal of your permission to use the field.

Arrival/departure

  • Visits to ‘Woof’ at Halfpenny field are strictly by appointment.

  • Please drive very slowly down Grove Lane – this is a single track road and children play in it.

  • Only one car is permitted in the parking area per session.  Please do not park in Grove Lane or by the duck pond.

  • On your first visit, you will be greeted and shown around the field. For subsequent visits you will gain access using the gate access code.  This code will be changed regularly and forwarded to you prior to your appointment.  Please do not share this code with anyone else.

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead until you are safely inside the enclosure with the gate closed securely behind you. The adjacent paddocks are home to chickens and other livestock.

  • Please leave the field promptly at the end of your session to avoid congestion of vehicles and dogs.

  • If you are late arriving, you must still leave at the end of your appointment time.

  • The gate must be locked at the end of your session.

Dogs

  • The maximum number of dogs is four.

  • If you wish to meet another dog owner on site, there is additional parking in Yatton Keynell High Street or in the village hall car park which is a short walk from Halfpenny Field.

Rescheduling and cancellation

  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Any cancellations after that period will not be refunded.

Dog Waste

  • We are currently looking into the disposal of dog waste. In the meantime, please pick up after your dog and take all waste away with you.

Noise

  • Dogs that bark excessively will be asked not to return.

  • The boundary and security are checked on a regular basis, however you are advised to check that you are satisfied with the safety and security of the field before letting your dog off the lead.

  • If you identify any holes or damage to the fencing, please inform us immediately.
